Scott Bowers, SHRM-SCP, MAED, brings over 50 years of progressive experience in all areas of Human Resources. He has gained his experience in large and small organizations in the roles of HR Generalist, Trainer, Employment and Labor Relations leader.

Scott is currently a corporate consultant and trainer. He is heavily involved in the Society of Human Resource Management as the Lake Sumpter SHRM Chapter Certification Chair and the HR Florida State Council Director.  Scott was awarded the HR Professional of the year on 2012 by HR Florida.
