Heather is a passionate, hardworking, self-starting professional who is proactive, organized, upbeat and positive.  She believes in leading by example and looks for opportunities to gain knowledge and implement improvements.

Her extensive HR experience and service includes serving as a volunteer representative with SHRM Southwest Member Advisory Council; past president of HR Florida State Council all while holding her role as Workforce Planning and HR Manager with the Sarasota County government.
