How to Lead in a Virtual World: Engaging & Retaining Your Hybrid Workforce

The workplace has changed forever and people are finally more accepting of a remote workforce. You can't lead, engage or retain your top talent with your old practices, especially if you are leading a hybrid team. Each leader needs to rethink how to navigate one-on-one meetings, small team meetings, and large department meetings, in addition to managing the day-to-day operations.

"If you want people to respect your leadership, run meetings high performers love to attend." - Dan Rockwell

In this session we'll discuss what still works, what you need to do differently and what's coming next to engage and retain your team, as well as recruit new talent.
