Eric Scott Bowers brings a wealth of varied experiences to his consulting and training services for Lassiter Ware Inc.’s clients and to the clients of Bowers HR Consulting/Training Group. He has forty-nine years of Human Resource Management experience, working in healthcare, manufacturing, engineering, insurance and local government. He has developed expertise in Organizational Development, Recruitment and Staffing, Compensation, Benefits, Safety/Loss Control, Employee/Labor Relations and Training.  His education includes an undergraduate degree from Wright State University in Business Administration and a Master’s in Executive Development from Ball State University.

Scott is recognized by the Society of Human Resource Managers as a Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources. His HR experience and dedication to the HR profession has been recognized by local and state affiliates of the Society of Human Resource Management where he is a frequent speaker and trainer.  He was the HR Professional of the Year in 2012 for the State of Florida and has served as Certification Trainer in Lake, Sumter and Marion Counties for the last eleven years.
