US Department of Labor (DOL) UPDATE

Attend this popular meeting as we learn about DOL updates which affects your business daily. Lourdes has spoken to our group before and brings lots of excellent information which will help you understand some of the most common mistakes businesses make which can create an inquiry from the DOL. She will also provide updates to changes that have occured and also provide insights the resources businesses have to better understand the regulations and current updates.

No business names are used and the DOL does not get a list of those who attend. As matter of fact no one is allowed to record the session per DOL regulations. This is a supportive session allowing you to ask questions and get input from the DOL so that you do not put your business in jeopardy of an investigation by not knowing the rules and resources available to you. Plus we all know you are just asking for a friend anyway!

Planned Agenda includes:

  • Hot Topics
  • 1099 changes in enforcement
  • Minimum wage & OT (Amendment 2)
  • Explore the DOL website - NEW "Tool Kits" available, per industry
  • The investigative process
  • Q & A
