Companies work in three ways, what our speaker affectionately calls: The Ugly – which cripples the business; The Bad – which causes business havoc; and The Good – which helps the business succeed. Mr. Christian will share his management experiences throughout the years and address these popular scenarios while discussing the key components of a successful business operation. We all learn by example. We will hear about what other companies have done to hurt or help their businesses. We will learn about utilizing best practices as a way to success. No business manager or executive wants their business to fail. Understanding and taking the correct actions will help avoid this. Join us so you can be set on the path to a successful enterprise!
Peter H. Christian was a founding partner and president of Enterprise Systems Partners Inc. (espi), a prominent business consulting company in Pennsylvania’s Lehigh Valley.
