Performance Reviews:

the Good, the Bad and the Ugly

Performance reviews:

Depending on who you are speaking with, performance reviews are either the best tool for employee engagement and retention or they are the Company’s worst enemy.

  • Why is there such a love/hate relationship with them?
  • Are there different types of performance reviews?
  • How often should they be performed?
  • Should they only be tied to performance or also pay?
  • What makes them work and what makes them fail?

These and many more questions will be answered by Dr. Pamela Baldwin when she speaks to us about Performance Reviews: The Good, the Bad and the Ugly.
