HR and Active Shooter Situation

Is your organization prepared for an Active Shooter situation?  What is HR's role?

Scott Bowers brings his unique talents of humor, passion for HR and Leadership Training, and wide experience to every training session he conducts.  Scott will lead a discussion on HR’s responsibilities before and after an Active Shooter situation.

Scott will explore the OSHA responsibilities that every HR Department should be putting in effect TODAY!  How to train your employees to save their lives and finally how to direct your management team to react in a positive way to help your organization survive a tragedy!

Scott is a Senior Professional in Human Resources with both certification groups and earned his Master of Arts in Executive Development in 2001 from Ball State University.
