Ever wonder what makes you high performing employees tick?  Want to clone those employees that are knocking it out of the park?  What aspects of the job promote employee passion and discretionary effort?

With disengagement costing the US economy over $500 billion annually, employers need to be asking these questions.  But how do we do that in a way that promotes honesty and openness?  How do we get inside the minds of our top performers?

Attend this months NCHRS meeting and learn from one of our most popular speakers, Dr. Pam Baldwin.

Dr. Pam Baldwin is an accomplished and enthusiast HR strategist and practitioner, coach, problem solver, instructional designer and trainer who finds no greater reward than helping others to be successful.

She is currently the HR Director for Micro Matic, Inc., a subsidiary of its Danish parent, Micro Matic A/S, and is a leading supplier of bar and beverage dispensing solutions and equipment worldwide. Quality...from keg to glass! Micro Matic also produces closed, sealed and secure closed chemical systems designed to maintain consistent product purity, ensure packaging integrity and maximize operational efficiencies.
She has also worked in the public and not for profit sectors as well over her career.

Also an Adjunct Professor since 2011, she designs and teaches business management subjects to adult learners face to face and online. Subjects include HR Management, Quality and Performance Excellence, Employment Law, Compensation, Benefits, Negotiation, Labor Relations, Recruitment and Staffing, and Diversity.

An experienced public speaker, she has designed and conducted many internal and external training classes for my employer and other community organizations, including local SHRM chapters and state council, advisory boards, and chambers of commerce.

She holds a doctorate in organizational and brain-based leadership,
a Master’s Degree in HR Management; a Master’s Degree in Instructional Design; SHRM-SCP since 2014, Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) since 2005, Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) since 2003. She received Lee Hecht Harrison Capstone Award for Strategic Management project with Keller Graduate School in 2007.

On a personal note, she has been a Florida resident since 1997, have 3 grown children, and now has a quiver full of grandchildren ranging in age from 14 to 4 with another grandson on the way.  Needless to say, if she had known that grandkids were this much fun, she would have had them first!
