Organizational culture encompasses values and behaviors that contribute to the unique social and psychological environment of a business or company.

Creating a positive, welcoming, thriving environment where employees are engaged and committed to their employer is no easy feat and you will undoubtedly always find a positive, welcoming, encouraging leader behind this type of company culture.

David Maus, Vice President of Maus Automotive, has been able to develop an exemplary company culture for his 300+ employees and he will be sharing his experiences and views with us.  David chose to follow in his father’s footsteps and began his professional career in the automotive industry more than 15 years ago washing cars. Through hard work, hustle, and determination David made his way up through the ranks, and today is the Vice President of Maus Family Automotive.  David is a natural teacher and is committed to mentoring and helping others succeed.

David has served as a board member of the David Maus Foundation, which was founded by his father, and is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping children with life-threatening illnesses.  When he and his wife, Stacie, were married in 2010, they distributed bracelets engraved with IMPACT to their wedding guests and asked everyone to consider making a commitment to “Implementing More Positive Actions Creating Togetherness” and to truly make a difference. Today IMPACT has become David’s personal mission and is the mission statement for Maus Family Automotive and its employees as they seek to make a difference in the community.
