Leadership Series - Building a Culture

Join us as Lara Caruso takes us through a Leadership Series of HR topics to help us sharpen our skills as we navigate the everchanging world of HR.

We will start this month on building a culture.  It is the heartbeat of your company and will define you, good or bad, to your clients for years to come.  When you eat at Chick-fil-A do you feel like the employees actually care about serving you compared to the other fast food chains?  The reason is the culture that Chick-fil-A has created and the employee buy in.

Come learn about how to build that culture that will help you be the best in your industry.

Remember, CULTURE eats Strategy for breakfast!  Make sure your culture is the best in the industry.
